We want you to be completely satisfied with your NeroGiardini purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tracker to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the footwear or accessories in their original NeroGiardini box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your drop-off receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
